Comic plans

I sketched out the story and panels for the comic
Three failed attempts at this panel, i changed it to a page wide panel at the bottom with just three people rather than a small group
Used an aspect to aspect panel to show the concerned glances and the crocs all at at once, tried using a full image next to break it up a little
changed the composition of the first panel so it was less empty
decided to use red eyes, also reorder panels so they fit on an a4 page
arranged some panels into a little triptych type arrangement, experimented with thrown books leaving the frame, also attempted dramatic viewpoints to try and make it more cinematic
two ditched ideas for the realisation panel, trying out swears etc.. trying levels of zoom for composition of attack panel
contemplating how many frames it takes to communicate that hes been gotten
after drafting the whole comic and realising it was far too long to complete in the time left i went through and cut out this whole scene, it slowed the pacing way down and was quite unnecessary
it was a conversation with an unidentified friend who had been taken over by a puffer jacket, displaying similar behaviour to croc boy, they exchange an uncomfortable conversation switching mostly between straight on pictures of their face which was meant to feel tense, then she goes to bed
this is where i continued the story after cutting out the previous part, i shuffled around some panels so the scene would move faster after the inital slow paced part.
deciding which angle for the puffa jacket to jump from
i ommitted the unnecessary doorknob panel to make them fit onto a page
betrayal, and chanting one of us, i made the last panel into one because two of the same seen was pointless and crowded
